Attorneys for Victims of Child Molestation

Each year thousands of children are molested by sexual predators. Many
of these predators work in positions of trust (e.g. teachers, foster
parents, priests) and are not properly vetted/supervised by their
employers. At Estey Bomberger, we believe that many of these
molestations can be prevented if our schools, churches, etc…take their
job of protecting our children seriously. For example, as parents we
have no choice but to rely upon the fact the school district has done
its job in properly vetting and supervising our children’s teachers. If
the administration has not done its job in this regard then they need to
be held accountable for their actions.
